Historians find possible mass grave of Spanish Armada victims in Co. Clare

The San Marcos, a Portuguese galleon in the Armada fleet, sank off the Irish coast in 1588.

San Marcos Project team made discovery after conducting survey at the site of Tuama Na Spainneach in Spanish Point.
